The 90 Day Transformation Intensive is designed to help highly motivated clients transform feelings of vulnerability and weakness into courage and strength, so they will feel more powerful, balanced, relaxed, and confident in their ability to protect themselves and their families.
Consistency is key! We will train 5 hours a week for 12 weeks. - $6500
